MÉDIATION

The mediation actions developed by Ensemble K go beyond simple musical encounters. Our project is a journey consisting of 4 to 5 sessions with a multidisciplinary team, including musicians, a therapist specializing in body expression, a therapist focused on drawing and painting, all guided by a coach. This process allows for the creation of a deep connection between the individual and their values, as well as their inner strength, through indirect expression via art.

The “Projet K” mediation is designed to be adaptable to different audiences, notably women in vulnerable situations, middle and high school students, and families. The project also targets groups of 5 to 25 people with homogeneous composition, such as all-women groups or middle school students. The goal is to help each person fully accept themselves in a secure, non-judgmental environment. This approach aims to encourage openness, personal growth, and the removal of limiting beliefs or barriers, especially those related to educational and professional mobility.

The workshops also focus on developing the psychosocial skills of the participants, such as self-esteem, emotional and stress management, and interpersonal communication. These skills are essential for revealing participants' potential, qualities, and talents, serving as a key leverage for improving their mental health. By strengthening these psychosocial competencies, the workshops also contribute to the prevention of risky behaviors, addictive behaviors, bullying, and school violence.
